This project focuses on establishing Blooñoritas Bakeshop which was organized under Barangay Micro Business Enterprise and emerged as a women-led microenterprise, introducing a distinct concept to the industry with its signature product, "Bloomsaimada," a Blossom Cream Cheese Ensaymada. Infused with the goodness of edible flowers and well-liked Filipino flavors, the Bloomsaimada offers a new and health-conscious approach to satisfy consumers' sweet indulgence while promoting healthy eating habits.

Blooñoritas Bakeshop strives to deliver nutritional-based high-quality, innovative, and delicious pastry goods along with its kind service, and easily accessible food for all and produces everyday foods in extraordinary ways at a reasonable cost. Promoting continuous development to provide customer satisfaction and making significant contributions to the community.

By 2028, Blooñoritas Bakeshop will expand its business around Batangas and become the customer’s top-tier choice in providing a heartfelt dedication to uncompromising quality, innovative healthy baked goods, and excellent customer experience, increasing access to nutritional food in the community.
Objectives
Blooñoritas Bakeshop primarily aims to provide customers with health-giving ensaymada blended with edible flowers such as Roses, Marigolds, and Blue-Ternate. It is offering healthy, quality, and innovative baked goods at a reasonable price while satisfying their cravings.
